Deep exposure across retail, healthcare, automotive, banking, public sector, and energy — because every industry teaches you something the last one couldn't. I've led and contributed to experience transformation for global clients including Nissan, Honda, Citibank, EPB, Sunbelt Rentals, Loblaws, NSW EPA, DCU, Keurig, and Clarins.
Global Collaboration & Discovery
Leadership shows up in the room, not just the deliverable. I've traveled for client engagements — running discovery workshops, design sprints, and PI planning sessions directly with product leaders and cross-functional teams. It's hands-on facilitation that builds real alignment — not just sign-off, but shared understanding.
AI in the Design Workflow
Adopting AI isn't optional anymore — it's a leadership imperative. I completed a specialized course in Leadership with AI from ISB Hyderabad, and I'm actively working to embed AI into everyday design workflows — bringing both a strategic and human-centered lens to how AI shows up in enterprise design.
Building Teams & Mentorship
Mentorship is where leadership compounds. I've contributed to building and scaling a 200+ member design team, coaching designers into senior roles and making capability development a real priority. From hiring to craft excellence to knowledge-sharing, I've driven the initiatives that keep the design capability growing as a whole.
